Executive director since August 2015. With 15 years of 504 lending experience in DE, MD, VA, and D.C. David has a bachelors degree in accounting from Loyola University in Maryland and a masters degree from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a past president of the Chesapeake chapter of the RMA and the Loyola University Alumni Association. 

Terri has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As Loan Officer for WEDCO and DCDC, she manages all lending activities, which includes loans made under small business and community development programs. Such lending activities include loan underwriting, loan origination, loan servicing, and portfolio management. Prior to joining WEDCO, Terri was at MBNA America for 15 years. She held various management positions focusing on affinity credit card marketing, advertising and program management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Delaware. Terri has been a volunteer for The First Tee of Delaware for the past 10 years.
